Monthly Archives: May 2012
Writers, this is so useful, especially if you’re plotting a story or novel or if you’re revising a piece. We all can’t call ourselves marsupials and go to the Melbourne Emerging Writers Festival for this sumptuous know-how. Alas, it comes across the blue on the Internet convenience ship. Enjoy this finding, and follow Novel Girl!
Alright, so she’s never actually said that.
In public, that is.
Submissions! Yorick Magazine is still accepting submissions for our Summer 2012 issue. The deadline is May 21st, but you can still submit for the Fall and Winter issues.
Tell all your friends about Yorick Magazine. If they don’t write, tell them to read our first issue. If they don’t read, be a saint and teach them how. Unless they’re blind. In that case, create a Braille version of our magazine. We’ll love you for it. Just don’t expect anything from us but a virtual hug. Maybe a virtual kiss, too.
Keep on writing, you crazy diamonds. And, as always, cheers.
Don’t forget! We are still accepting submissions at firstname.lastname@example.org until May 21st for our Summer 2012 issue. Poems and fiction are what we want. But we’d greatly appreciate any experiment you’ve concocted in your literary harem. Just send it.
For you college kids out there, enjoy your finals. Squirrels do not make acorns. Or something like that.
